HistOrigin v009 Patch Notes

Added different buttons to main page.
swapped out the icon for the new design
Made changes to explore mode searching for the problem with intermitant speech functionality when clicking the speaker button on an infobox.
Added ISSUES section to the FAQ page
Added the FAQ page.
Updated TOS, Disclaimer, Instructions and Description pages.
