Fixed problem with rotation of device killing map activity and returning to main screen.
Added an initial check for GPS functionality active on the device. If GPS is off, user is queried to start GPS.
Added functionality to have the city and state read off at the beginning of every TTS event.
decreased 7 mile radius to 3 miles.
Fixed problem where story for a city was being read off more than once in a session.
Changed the initial TTS event to speak "Welcome to Pioneer".
Added code to keep the app awake when in Traveling map mode.
